ALP MINERAL SIZERS PROJECTS

PROJECT - SEMI MOBILE SIZING STATION, 10,000 TPH - OVERBURDEN AND 5000 TPH COAL:

The Project consist's of Semi Mobile Sizing Station, housing an ALP 1150 Series Sizer.

A crawler unit is used to move the Semi Mobile Sizing Station to different locations within the mine, as when the Sizng Station needs to be relocated to the nearest viable loading area.

It is designed to accept 10,000 TPH of Overburden at 1m In Feed, with an Out Feed of 500mm.

Intern it will then be used to Size 5000 TPH of Coal with an In Feed of 1m and Out Feed of 500mm.

Thus the Sizing Station will become a more economical process for the mine, as only One Unit is needed for 2 applications, i.e Overburden and Coal.

PROJECT - 900 TPH -  SEMI  MOBILE  IRON ORE SIZING STATION.

CONSISTING OF DUMP HOPPER, APRON PLATE FEEDER, PRIMARY ALP 800 SERIES SIZER, AND SECONDARY ALP 600 SERIES SIZER.

IN FEED SIZE PRIMARY ALP 800 SERIES SIZER -  900 TPH - 1M - OUT FEED 300mm

IN FEED SECONDARY ALP 600 SERIES SIZER 900 TPH - 300mm - OUT FEED SIZE 70mm
