The designs are based on those developed by the ALP Team of Engineers, who have spent more than a combined 50 years in the industry, and have

many years of experience in many countries around the world.

ALP has its own 200,000 sq ft manufacturing facility, complete with machine shop, and assembly area, ALP also have their own onsite Foundry, thus all manufacturing is done in house, giving ALP the advantage of a cost effective and efficient delivery programme to suit all customers needs Worldwide.

ALP MINERAL SIZER DESIGN DESCRIPTION

General overview

The ALP Twin Roll Mineral Sizer is a Heavy Duty Low Profile unit developed for high percentage reductions, with capacities from 100 to over 15,000 Tonnes Per Hour, of many types of ore.

ALP Sizers  can also be designed and supplied as side sizers or centre sizers. ALP also supply specifically designed Sizers to suit a customers particular application, thus the customer does not have to rely on any specific model, which may or could result in over expense not needed.

The ALP Sizer is made up of the following Components

1.Prime Mover – Electric motor,  Hydraulic or diesel driven.

2.Fluid coupling.

3.Heavy Duty Gear Box - Twin or Single Drive - Specifically made for Mineral Sizers.

4.Main Shafts and support bearings.

5.Main Sizing Chamber/Shaft Support frame.

6.Sizing Teeth Segments.

7.Lubrication System.
